Lord Arion, God of Valor-
Arion, God of valor is a strong believer in honour, courage and strength of character are the characteristics that Lord Arion favours above all.
He doesn't believe in raw physical strength, but strength of character, believing those with morals to be just as good warriors as those who
have power.
Lord Arion believes in the principles Courage and discipline. Honour and loyalty are branches of the principles of Lord Arion. Those who aspire to become followers of Lord Arion must believe in strength of heart, not just the strength of the arm or the keeness of a blade.
Courage-
Lord Arion believes those who can face their hardships with courage, without trying to avoid them and overcome those hardships successfully.
The courage of facing the unknown and confronting all hardships head-on but all the while having the discipline to not become wreckless and put oneself at risk.
Discipline-
Honour falls strongly under the principle of discipline, Lord Arion believes in those who can discipline themselves to fight with honour,
without dropping to resort to the cowardice of concealment, hiding
motives, Are what Lord Arion knows nothing of, thus he frowns down upon those who use these means. Courage and discipline must walk hand in hand for Lord Arion, the courage to face hardships and the ability to keep a clear head, even in the most testing of moments, to remember morals and fight with honour, without resorting to those methods which would be considered unchivalrous.
Lord Arion being the divine patron of the Paladins, embodies everything all Paladins should aspire to be, courageous, honourable and loyal. He upholds all of the principles of the Paladins.
Lord Arion is the embodiment of what makes a real knight. Honour, courage and strength of heart.
