for people who are too lazy to manually walk places....note that coming to water in Aetolia doesn't give happy helpful messages, so you'll have to pay *some* attention and swim or part when you hit aquatic terrain.

Or you can, y'know, scrounge up 150 credits, buy a horse, and use travelling. Heh.Though, for those not so creditly-empowered, this is awesome.
And having fording in horsemanship would make it so you didn't have to pay any attention at all!
